Eligibility Criteria
Note: Only candidates certified as eligible by their Head of Department (HOD) can apply.
1. Education & Service Requirements:
- For LDC & JSA (Post Code 2/26 & 3/26):
- Education: Class XII (12th) pass certificate from a recognized Board.
- Experience (MTS): 8 years of regular service in the grade.
- Experience (Skilled Contingency): Minimum 12 years of continuous service.
- Typing Speed : 35 words per minute on computer (Qualifying).
- For Driver (Post Code 4/26):
- Education : Class X (10th) / ITI pass certificate.
- Experience:
- Contingency Skilled Driver – 10 years of service.
- Handyman – 6 years of regular service.
- Requirement : Must possess a Valid Driving License.
2. Age Limit (as on 25-02-2026):
- MTS Candidates– Max 45 years (UR) / 50 years (APST).
- Skilled Contingency Staff– Not applicable (Determined by Department).
Salary Structure
- Pay Matrix: Level-4 (₹ 25,500 – ₹ 81,100/- PM)
Selection Process
The selection will be based on two stages:
- Stage 1: Written Examination (200 Marks)
- Subjects: General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Arithmetic & Numerical Ability, English Language.
- Note: For Driver posts, there is an additional Technical Paper.
- Minimum Passing Marks: 33% aggregate.
- There is No Negative Marking.
- Stage 2: Skill Test (Qualifying Only)
- For LDC/JSA: Computer Typing Speed Test (35 w.p.m).
- For Driver: Driving Test.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for Stage 2 in a 1:3 ratio.
